REGULATORY WRITING
This two-day training workshop covers the basics of writing documents for regulatory use in the pharmaceutical industry. It has been developed both for dedicated medical writers and for any clinical research professionals who write documents associated with clinical trials, such as protocols, clinical study reports (CSRs), and Investigator Brochures (IBs).
Są to dwudniowe warsztaty poświęcone przygotowywaniu dokumentacji dotyczącej badań klinicznych dla krajowych i międzynarodowych agencji nadzorujących obrót lekami i środkami medycznymi (URPL CEBK, EMEA, FDA). Szkolenie adresowane przede wszystkim do przemysłu farmaceutycznego, przeznaczone jest dla osób, których zadaniem jest tworzenie lub recenzowanie dokumentów takich jak: protokół badania, raport końcowy badania (Clinical Study Report) oraz broszura badacza (Investigator Brochure).

Podczas szkolenia uczestnicy dowiedzą się jak przygotować pracę, by została przyjęta do druku w renomowanym czasopiśmie. Zaprezentujemy rodzaje prac naukowych wraz z regułami ich konstruowania i pisania. Przedstawimy także kryteria właściwego doboru materiału oraz odpowiedniej selekcji wyników, uwzględniając różne formy ich prezentacji. Szczegółowo przedyskutujemy wszystkie elementy publikacji naukowej. Omówimy także proces wysyłania prac do druku. Szkolenie prowadzone jest w języku polskim.

Szczególny nacisk zostanie położony na praktyczne warsztaty poświęcone przygotowaniu zebranych danych do analizy statystycznej oraz omówione zostaną zasady współpracy ze statystykiem.

Medical Writing Master Classes are run by an experienced professional medical writer and trainer, Dr John Carpenter. Each participant will be asked to submit an example of their writing (preferably a manuscript in progress) in advance of the workshop for Dr Carpenter to analyse. This workshop is intended for those with considerable experience of writing manuscripts in English but who wish to hone and further improve their skills.
After the Master Class, all participants will have their own manuscripts corrected by Dr John Carpenter.
